Volleyball Recap: Faith Christian Comes Up Short

Faith Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills Patriots, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-10, 25-19.

Faith Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Faith Christian and John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills will both be playing Western Sierra Collegiate Academy the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Patriots will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
