Mountain Vista's defense has only allowed 0.4 goals per game this season, so Fairview's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Mountain Vista is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They never let Poudre get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory. The result kept Mountain Vista happy, as they haven't lost a game since March 25th.

Lauren Culebro and Keira Woody scored both of Mountain Vista's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Meanwhile, Fairview faced Regis Jesuit in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Knights had just enough and edged out the Raiders 2-1.

Fairview's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Mountain Vista, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1-2.

Mountain Vista came out on top in a nail-biter against Fairview in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Golden Eagles repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
