Borden won the last time they faced West Washington and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Borden Braves walked away with a 50-42 victory over the West Washington Senators. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Braves.

Borden's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for West Washington, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Coming up, Borden will venture away from home to face off against Edmonson County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Edmonson County knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past nine games -- so hopefully Borden likes a good challenge. As for West Washington, they are taking a road trip to challenge Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something West Washington surely won't give up without a fight.
