South Oldham had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 71-67 W against Great Crossing. This was payback for the Dragons, who suffered a 60-55 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The victory got South Oldham back to even at 9-9. As for Great Crossing, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. South Oldham will square off against Ryle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. South Oldham is facing Ryle at the right time seeing as Ryle is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Great Crossing, they will challenge Paul Laurence Dunbar at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
