San Juan Hills scored the most runs they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Burroughs Bears by a score of 13-12. That's two games in a row now that the Stallions have lost by just one run.

This is the second loss in a row for San Juan Hills and nudges their season record down to 3-5. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the defeats came by an average of only one runs. As for Burroughs, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Coincidentally, San Juan Hills and Burroughs will both be playing Mater Dei the next time they take the field. San Juan Hills will host Mater Dei at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Burroughs will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
