San Angelo HomeSchool is headed into the contest out to prove that what happened against Bronte two weeks ago (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. San Angelo HomeSchool was beaten by Bronte 62-6. The Saints were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 32-2.

Meanwhile, Gustine had to suffer through a 59-12 loss at the hands of Jonesboro. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

San Angelo HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Gustine, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

San Angelo HomeSchool lost to Gustine on the road by a decisive 25-10 margin when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Can San Angelo HomeSchool avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
