Softball Recap: Mount Ida Comes Up Short

Mount Ida and Scranton squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Mount Ida had to settle for second. They lost 10-0 to the Rockets. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Lions were not able to get on the board.

Mount Ida is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10. As for Scranton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Mount Ida nor Scranton have any future games scheduled.
