Football Game Preview: Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams vs. Mexico Tigers

Jamesville-DeWitt has won nine straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Mexico has won nine straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Red Rams will host the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Jamesville-DeWitt is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Oswego 56-14 on Wednesday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Red Rams' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 194th, while the Bucs are ranked 482nd).

Meanwhile, Mexico humbled Hannibal with a 65-16 victory.

Mexico's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, their victory bumped their record up to 9-0.

Jamesville-DeWitt strolled past Mexico when the teams last played back in October by a score of 22-7. Will the Red Rams repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
