Baseball Recap: Crosby-Ironton Gets the Win

While Crosby-Ironton didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 5-2 win over the Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies on Monday. The Rangers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Huskies, too.

Crosby-Ironton's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia], they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6.

Crosby-Ironton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Pine City on the 6th. As for Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia], they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-4 win against Rush City on the 6th.
