Baseball Recap: Jackson North Side Wins Going Away Against West Carroll

While Jackson North Side put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for West Carroll. The Indians blew past the War Eagles 14-0. With that win, the Indians brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Ayden Starr, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Cross Burgess was another key player, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with four runs.

Jackson North Side's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-10. As for West Carroll, they dropped their record down to 3-18-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
