Baseball Recap: Crane Comes Up Short

Crane was the 6-5 winner over Lamesa when they last played one another back in February of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. Crane fell 7-3 to Lamesa on Saturday. The Cranes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crane now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Lamesa, they pushed their record up to 7-8 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Crane will square off against rival Brownfield at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Lamesa is set to face off against their familiar foe Stanton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
