Football Recap: Jason Joffray's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Queen City over Harleton

Queen City lost against Harleton back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bulldogs lost to the Wildcats at home by a 34-20 margin.

Queen City's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jason Joffray, who rushed for 92 yards and a pair of scores. Another player making a difference was Derrell Sewell, who rushed for 69 yards and one TD.

Queen City's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Harleton, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Queen City wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 48-18 defeat against Elysian Fields on the 12th. As for Harleton, they have also already played their next contest, a 62-0 loss against Troup on the 12th.
