Volleyball Recap: Carrollton Trojans vs. Cameron Dragons
Carrollton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Cameron Dragons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17, 25-14.
Carrollton's loss dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Cameron, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 11-8-1.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing Richmond the next time they take the court. Carrollton will head out to face Richmond at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Cameron will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
