Baseball Recap: Prescott Takes a Loss

Prescott kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warren Bears.

Prescott saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adrian Sanderford, who scored a run while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance gave Sanderford a new career-high in hits.

The win was the fourth in a row for Warren, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Prescott didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 9-1 loss against ALA - Queen Creek on the 28th. As for Warren, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-6 victory against Seton Catholic on the 1st.
