Volleyball Recap: Empire Wins Going Away Against Andrada Polytechnic

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Thatcher, Empire was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Andrada Polytechnic Mavericks 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Ravens, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Empire has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season. As for Andrada Polytechnic, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-4.

Coincidentally, Empire and Andrada Polytechnic will both be playing Catalina the next time they take the court. The Mavericks will host the Trojans at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Ravens will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
