Thurston and Crestwood are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. The Thurston Eagles will challenge the Crestwood Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Thurston will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

Last Tuesday, Thurston got the win against Woodhaven by a conclusive 47-21. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 23 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Crestwood lost 76-55 to Lincoln Park on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Chargers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 375th, while the Railsplitters are ranked 87th).

Thurston's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Crestwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.

Thurston beat Crestwood 46-38 when the teams last played back in January. Does Thurston have another victory up their sleeve, or will Crestwood turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
