Basketball Recap: Methacton Comes Up Short

Methacton and Pope John Paul II squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Methacton had to settle for second. They fell to Pope John Paul II 58-53. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Pope John Paul II earlier this season, when they won 35-34.

Methacton's defeat dropped their record down to 16-6. As for Pope John Paul II, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 16-6.

As of now, neither Methacton nor Pope John Paul II have any future games scheduled.
