Britton-Hecla needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight matches and they got it from Ava Teveldal. The Braves narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Florence/Henry Falcons 2-1 thanks in part to Teveldal, who had 17 digs. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Britton-Hecla's victory bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Florence/Henry, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Britton-Hecla will challenge Sisseton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Florence/Henry, they will take on Tri-State co-op [Rosholt/Fairmount/Campbell-Tintah] at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
