Softball Recap: Fort Atkinson Comes Up Short

Fort Atkinson came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 12-1 to the Oregon Panthers. The Blackhawks have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Fort Atkinson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was AJ Klotz, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Fort Atkinson now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Oregon, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
