Volleyball Recap: South Gate Comes Up Short

South Gate saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Taft Toreadors.

South Gate's loss dropped their record down to 21-4. As for Taft, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-11 record this season.

South Gate will square off against Port of Los Angeles at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Taft, they will take on East Valley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
