Soccer Recap: Clinton Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Clinton was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They came up short against the Emerald Vikings, falling 10-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Red Devils of the 6-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Clinton has already played their next contest, a 7-0 defeat against Woodruff on the 7th. As for Emerald, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 win against Travelers Rest on the 6th.
