New Life Camp had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the nine-run drubbing they dealt DASH on Monday. New Life Camp put the hurt on DASH with a sharp 10-1 victory. The Storm's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Andrew Mullis made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in March of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3. Those three hits gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Cole Corso was excellent, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Micah Martin, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
The win got New Life Camp back to even at 2-2.
Looking ahead, New Life Camp will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Wake Prep Academy at 4:00 p.m. As for DASH, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on South Wake at 5:00 p.m. on April 7.
