There's no place like home for Talawanda, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Fairmont Firebirds 5-3. For the Brave, this counts as revenge for the 11-1 victory the Firebirds walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2015.

Quinn Frieden spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on four hits and racked up six Ks.
