Basketball Recap: North Rose-Wolcott Victorious

After losing to Early College the last time they met, North Rose-Wolcott decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The North Rose-Wolcott Cougars walked away with a 47-40 victory over the Early College Sharks on Thursday. The Cougars didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

North Rose-Wolcott's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Early College, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Rose-Wolcott will head out to square off against East Rochester at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Early College, they will head out on the road to take on Edison Tech at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
