Baseball Game Preview: Hannibal Warriors vs. Pulaski Blue Devils

Hannibal is 1-7 against Pulaski since April of 2016 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Blue Devils at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Hannibal lost 13-1 to Weedsport on Tuesday. The game marked Hannibal's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Logan Ames made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and one run.

Port Byron hit Pulaski with a six-run second inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Blue Devils came up short against the Panthers, falling 10-4.

Hannibal's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Pulaski, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Hannibal beat Pulaski 8-5 in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Blue Devils have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
