The Marble Falls Mustangs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 13th straight loss. They fell 52-39 to New Braunfels. Despite the loss, Marble Falls had strong showings from Lexie Edwards, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds, and Bethany Fry, who scored ten points.
Marble Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for New Braunfels, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-12.
