Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs]'s offense. They came up short against Pittsfield on Tuesday, falling 20-0. The Cougars' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row dating back to last season.

Beardstown came out on top in a nail-biter against West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, sneaking past 4-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
