It's playoff time, and Headland had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Charles Henderson Trojans 16-1 on Monday. Considering the Rams have won 14 contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Headland is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-15 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Charles Henderson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 14 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-20 record this season.

Headland has already played their next contest, a 4-3 defeat against Faith Academy on the 5th. Charles Henderson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
