Soccer Game Preview: Polytechnic vs. Kennedale

The Polytechnic Parrots will face off against the Kennedale Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Polytechnic managed to keep up with Legacy until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Polytechnic lost 4-0 to Legacy. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Parrots' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, on FridayMabank kept up with Kennedale until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Kennedale never let Mabank onto the board and left with a 3-0 win.

Kennedale hit Mabank with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Glen Gonzalez, Lance Pate, and Fredy Carpio.

Polytechnic dropped their record down to 2-7-1 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Kennedale, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-2.
