Soccer Recap: Merrill Takes a Loss

After flying high against Antigo on Monday, Merrill came back down to earth. The Bluejays came up short against the Wausau East Lumberjacks on Thursday, falling 4-0. Merrill haven't had much luck with Wausau East recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Merrill's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13-3. As for Wausau East, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-9.

As of now, neither Merrill nor the Lumberjacks have any future games scheduled.
