Basketball Recap: Cedartown Takes a Loss

After flying high against Gordon Central on Monday, Cedartown came back down to earth. The Bulldogs came up short against the LaFayette Ramblers on Tuesday, falling 54-29. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 58-22 to the Ramblers when the teams met back in November of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cedartown now has a losing record of 1-2. As for LaFayette, the win keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cedartown will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Bremen at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for LaFayette, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Ridgeland at 7:00 p.m. on December 5.
