Basketball Game Preview: Kenton Ridge Cougars vs. London Red Raiders

The Kenton Ridge Cougars will take on the London Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Kenton Ridge's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five matches.

Last Friday, Kenton Ridge came up short against Urbana and fell 67-58.

Meanwhile, London beat Central Crossing 44-35 on Tuesday. Given the Red Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 213th, while the Comets are ranked 473rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

London's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Kenton Ridge, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

Kenton Ridge didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against London in their previous matchup back in January, but they still walked away with a 62-58 win. Does Kenton Ridge have another victory up their sleeve, or will London turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
