General McLane piles up the points against Jamestown

Recap: General McLane Lancers vs. Jamestown Muskies

The General McLane Lancers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 26 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 70-35 victory over Jamestown on the road. That 70-35 margin sets a new team best for General McLane this season.

When it comes to explaining why Jamestown lost on Friday, one person who can't be blamed is Gage Planavsky. Despite the final result, he scored 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aiden Woyt, who scored six points.

General McLane's win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1. As for Jamestown, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. General McLane will take on Northwestern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwestern comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Jamestown, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Conneaut Area at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
