Softball Recap: Cedar Park Comes Up Short

Cedar Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Shoemaker Wolves, falling 10-1.

Cedar Park's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Shoemaker, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Cedar Park wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-1 loss against Lago Vista on the 1st. As for Shoemaker, they will square off against Temple at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
