Soccer Game Preview: Mukwonago vs. Waukesha South

The Mukwonago Indians will challenge the Waukesha South Blackshirts at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mukwonago will be strutting in after a win while Waukesha South will be coming in after a loss.

Mukwonago's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Badger. Mukwonago's winning goal came courtesy of Stella Kertscher.

Meanwhile, Waukesha South has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They lost 5-0 to Catholic Memorial on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Waukesha South can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 110th, while Catholic Memorial are ranked 11th).

Mukwonago's win bumped their record up to 5-1-3. As for Waukesha South, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5-1.

Everything went Mukwonago's way against Waukesha South in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Mukwonago made off with a 4-1 victory. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Blackshirts have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
