Leake County waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Sebastopol Bobcats by a score of 45-37. That's two games straight that the Gators have won by exactly eight points.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Leake County to victory, but perhaps none more so than LaTavean Fortune, who posted nine points along with seven boards and three steals. Fortune is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Nigel Kincaid was another key player, putting up eight points along with five assists and four steals.

Leake County's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points per game. As for Sebastopol, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2.

The future could be bright for both Leake County and Sebastopol: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Leake County will try to hand Leake Central their third-straight defeat when the two meet at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Sebastopol will try to hand Oak Hill Academy their fifth-straight loss when the two meet at 10:00 a.m. on December 27th.
