Soccer Recap: Heritage Christian Takes a Loss

If Heritage Christian was feeling good fresh off their 6-2 takedown of Front Range Baptist last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles took a 5-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Loveland Classical Lions on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Heritage Christian of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

They hit Loveland Classical with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jackson Swiers, Tyler Thieszen, and Tyler Wickham.

Heritage Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Loveland Classical, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Coming up, Heritage Christian will take on Thomas MacLaren School at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Heritage Christian are facing Thomas MacLaren School at the right time seeing as Thomas MacLaren School are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Loveland Classical, they will face off against Liberty Common at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
