Basketball Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Fulton lost against Eugene back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Fulton Hornets had to suffer through a 63-27 loss at the hands of the Eugene Eagles. The contest marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Fulton dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Eugene, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

Fulton will be playing in front of their home fans against South Callaway at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Fulton is facing South Callaway at the right time seeing as South Callaway is stuck on a six-game losing streak. Eugene has already played their next contest (against Tipton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
