Baseball Recap: Conestoga Takes a Loss

After soaring to 12 runs the game before, Conestoga was a bit more limited in their matchup on Wednesday. They fell 7-2 to the Central Bucks West Bucks.

Conestoga saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Cherny, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple. Cooper Banks Evers was another, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with one stolen base and one RBI.

Conestoga's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Conestoga is taking a road trip to square off against Downingtown East at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central Bucks West, they will welcome Abington at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
