            While Eugene's  win against Harrisburg wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles skirted past the Bulldogs  5-3. The  victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now won five in a row.

 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Sam Schulte, who  went 3-for-4 with two  runs and two  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Garet Wood, who  went 1-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  double.
 Eugene was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .375. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .375 or higher in three consecutive  matches.
Eugene's win was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 23-8. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Harrisburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-12.
