Soccer Recap: Cheyenne Mountain Gets the Win

Cheyenne Mountain pushed their score to eight the last time they played Pueblo West, but on Tuesday they couldn't quite do it again. The Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks' defense stepped up to hand the Pueblo West Cyclones a 2-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Red-Tailed Hawks also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2016.

Clare Jones and Maeve Alberts scored both of Cheyenne Mountain's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.
