Baseball Recap: Pendleton Bulldogs vs. Walhalla Razorbacks
Pendleton had lost three straight, but after bumping their record up to 3-8 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They won by a run and slipped past the Walhalla Razorbacks 6-5. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Razorbacks on Wednesday, they had to take a 7-4 defeat.

Bradley Runion was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Pendleton is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 1-7 otherwise. Runion was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with two RBI and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2025.

On Walhalla's side, they got a good showing from RUSH HARVEY, who pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. HARVEY has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.
Coming up, Pendleton will welcome Council Rock South at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Walhalla, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against West-Oak on the 30th.
