Flag Football Recap: Mesa Comes Up Short

Mesa fell victim to Red Mountain and their airtight defense on Monday. They took a blow against the Mountain Lions, falling 37-0. The loss continues a trend for the Jackrabbits in their meetings with the Mountain Lions: they've now lost four in a row.

Mesa's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Red Mountain, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Mesa is set to face off against their familiar foe Dobson at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Red Mountain will take on rival Skyline at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
