After a string of three wins, Bristol's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell 9-5 to the Orange Lions.

Jack Berry and Croc Thorp stepped up to the plate in a big way. Berry went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double, while Thorp got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Jonas Miller, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Bristol's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Orange, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-12 record this season.

Bristol will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Brookfield at 11:00 a.m. The Panthers are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Orange, they will venture away from home to face off against Perry at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
