Mountain House came tearing into Wednesday's contest with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the East Union Lancers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The win didn't come easy: East Union scored at least 19 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-23, 21-25, 25-19.

Manil Mehta paced Mountain House's offense, picking up 20 kills. Mehta got some help from Hosea Alimboyoguen and his 20 assists. Alimboyoguen was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Several Lancers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Keenan Yang, who had 18 digs and four assists. Marvin Menor was another key player, getting five digs and two aces.

Mountain House pushed their record up to 17-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for East Union, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-8.

Mountain House wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Oakdale on the 7th. As for East Union, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Central Catholic on the 4th.
