Groton came tearing into Saturday's match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Timber Lake Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Chesney Weber paced Groton's offense, picking up seven kills. Weber really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 19. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
