Baseball Recap: Georgetown Prep Comes Up Short

Georgetown Prep lost to Gonzaga back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Little Hoyas fell 9-6 to the Eagles. The Little Hoyas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Georgetown Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Georgetown Prep will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Our Lady of Good Counsel at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Gonzaga, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 16-6 victory against Benedictine on the 7th.
