Evangel Christian strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 56-52 W against Restoration Academy. Those 56 points were actually the fewest the Lightning have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Ben Bugnar was his usual excellent self, putting up 17 points and six rebounds. Luke Sparks also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Despite the loss, Restoration Academy still got an impressive performance from Ian Fuller, who shot 47% from the field to rack up 19 points and eight boards. Andrew Wilson Jr. was another key player, earning six points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals.

Evangel Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Restoration Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Evangel Christian has already played their next contest, a 74-35 win against East Central HomeSchool on the 4th. As for Restoration Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 73-45 victory against Heritage Christian Academy on the 5th.
