Sedan won the last time they faced Oxford and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Devils sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Wildcats. The game was the first time the Devils have beaten the Wildcats on their court since October 10, 2023.

Sedan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-19, 25-20.

Sedan now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Oxford, they dropped their record down to 0-11-2 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coincidentally, Sedan and Oxford will both be playing Argonia the next time they take the court. The Devils will host the Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Wildcats will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
