Carmel came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 36-14 to Brewster.

Meanwhile, Clarkstown North ended up a good deal behind Rye on Friday and lost 42-28. The loss was the Rams' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Clarkstown North fell to 3-1. As for Carmel, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
